This Privacy Policy describes how JustOneMoment handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect

• Content You Create: The moments and thoughts you enter into the app, and AI-generated responses created from your input.
• Subscription Information: Apple handles all subscription billing and provides us with basic subscription status information to manage your access to premium features.
• Usage Data: Information about your app usage patterns for providing the service.

How We Handle Your Data

Local Storage Only: All your personal content (moments and AI responses) is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to, cannot view, and do not store your personal content on our servers.

Data Processing: Your text input is temporarily processed through a secure Firebase proxy to generate AI responses. This processing is ephemeral – your content is not stored during this process.

AI Services

We use Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) AI services to generate responses to your moments. These services process your input temporarily to generate responses, but no conversation history is retained.

Data Security and Retention

All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption. Your personal content is protected by Apple’s security measures through local and iCloud storage. You can delete any content directly from the app at any time.

Third-Party Services

• Apple Services: iCloud for syncing, App Store for subscription management and billing, and core iOS functions for app functionality.
• Firebase (Google): Used exclusively as a secure proxy for AI API calls. Does not store your personal content.
• AI Services: Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google). Process your content temporarily and do not retain history.

Subscription and Billing

All subscription billing is handled directly by Apple. We receive basic subscription status information from Apple to manage access. Payment details are processed and stored by Apple, not us.

Fair Use Policy: Our unlimited plan is intended for personal use. Excessive automated usage or commercial exploitation may result in service limitations.

Your Rights

Data Control: All your data is directly accessible within the app. You can delete content, share it, or manage iCloud sync in your device settings.

Subscription Management: Cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Access ends at the end of the billing period.

Data Deletion Requests

Since all your personal data is stored locally and in iCloud, deleting content or the app removes your data. We cannot delete on your behalf. For subscription data, contact Apple Support.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the app with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
